Hitachi Energy India has announced the appointment of Neha Ahluwalia as Head of human resources.

Neha, an HR professional with Global Regional, and Local Experience at the Leadership level, has joined Hitachi Energy India from ABB. She comes with experience in all facets of HR – COE, HRBP, and Shared Services across geographies.

She has around 18 years of strong experience in leading large transformational change management projects and project management experience from conceptualizing to execution.

In addition to ABB, Neha also worked with HCL Technologies as HR Business Partner. She started her career with Sierra Atlantic as a Project trainee.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from College of Science, Udaipur, and a Master’s in HR from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.

Hitachi Energy recently inaugurated its new Hitachi Energy Global Technology and Innovation Center in Chennai. This center is owned by Hitachi Energy Technology Services Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Energy Ltd., Switzerland.
