Rekha Radhakrishnan has joined US-based global technology company Honeywell as Director- Human Resources. Prior to this, she was working with Dell Technologies for over 2 years. Rekha comes with over 17 years of experience in human resources with expertise in driving organizational effectiveness while implementing HR programs and leading regional and global projects in areas of Organization Design.

At Dell, she was working as HRBP Leader – India Sales and was driving the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for Dell Technologies in India & APJ, understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda that supports the business. She has also been associated with CSG International, CenturyLink, Jamcracker, and Tecnotree Corporation in HR leadership roles.
