ICICI Securities has appointed  Srirang TK as the joint managing director, effective May 1. He will serve in this role for five years.

Before moving to ICICI Securities, Srirang worked with the ICICI Bank as a group CHRO, for more than two decades.

In addition to the appointment of Srirang TK, ICICI Securities has also approved the re-appointment of Vijay Chandok as the MD and CEO, effective May 7.

Chandok has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Securities Ltd. since May 2019. He has been with the ICICI Group for close to three decades. Before his current assignment, he served as the Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank. He has also served as a Director on the Boards of ICICI Bank UK Plc Ltd, ICICI Bank Canada Ltd., ICICI Bank (Eurasia) Limited, and was the Chairman of ICICI Investment Management Company Limited.
