Fresh food brand iD Fresh Food has announced two new appointments to its leadership team. Megha Latawa has been appointed as the new chief human resources officer (CHRO) for India and International Markets, and Enakshi Dasgupta as head of new business and new product development (NPD).

Megha is a seasoned HR professional and has worked across diverse industries, such as manufacturing, ITS & ITES, retail and e-commerce. Previously, she worked with udaan, Aditya Birla Group, Infosys and Vedanta.

On the other hand, Enakshi comes with one and half decades of rich experience in the FMCG sector. She has joined iD Fresh from Grupo Bimbo (Modern Foods). Earlier, she also worked with Avon and Godfrey Phillips, followed by extensive exposure in new product development in food and beauty categories, apart from brand management roles.

Speaking about the two key appointments, PC Musthafa, Founder and CEO, iD Fresh Food, said, “With changing work culture and technology-led disruption, HR and product development spaces are witnessing swift changes.
