IGT Solutions elevates Steffi Steven as Head of Human Resources

Steven has been part of IGT Solutions for the past two years, most recently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager, where she contributed significantly to shaping people processes and organizational development initiatives. Her promotion to the head of HR reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing leadership from within and strengthening its HR capabilities. 

With nearly 18 years of experience in human resources across diverse sectors, Steven brings extensive expertise in talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement. She has previously held senior HR roles at Circulants, Newgen Enterprise, CellPoint Mobile, JR Technologies, Accelya Kale Solutions, and Hutchison 3G, contributing to the growth and transformation of people functions across these organizations. 

Steven holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research, and she is passionate about creating workplaces where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
