Jaquar & Company, a bathroom and lighting product manufacturing company, onboarded Ranjeeka Sachdev as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Sachdev has joined Jaquar & Company with 20 years of experience in different facets of human resources such as L&D, WFH Innovations, employee delight & CSR, employer branding, global mobility, succession planning, talent transformation and business partnering and people strategy.

Before joining Jaquar, Sachdev worked with Pernod Ricard India as General Manager - Human Resources. In her previous role, Sachdeva was responsible for inclusion & diversity, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employee policies & processes and global liaising for Pernod Ricard South Asia, and Business Partner to Corporate and South Asia.

Gap Inc and Yamaha Motor are other organisations where Sachdev worked previously.
