Jaquar Group appoints Utsav Khandelwal as CHRO

In an exclusive update shared with People Matters, Khandelwal shared his new job role. In this role, he will serve as a strategic partner to the business, strengthening the company’s people and culture agenda across more than 55 countries and accelerating enterprise-wide growth.

“My focus will be on building a future-ready organisation through sharper organisation design, to strengthen a high-trust, high-performance culture, elevate leadership capability, and leverage digital HR to deliver superior employee experience and business outcomes,” he shared. 

He brings 20 years of cross-industry HR leadership experience across FMCG, Healthcare, IT/ITeS, and Retail. Most recently, he led HR at Zimmer Biomet India as Director & Head of HR, where he drove large-scale transformation, capability development, and engagement programs recognised with multiple employer-of-choice accolades. His career trajectory includes leading organisational redesigns, scaling high-growth businesses and spin-offs, and implementing modern HR technologies and processes at scale.
