JCPenney India, retailer of apparel, home, jewelry, and beauty merchandise, has announced the appointment of Kaushik Das as their new Managing Director (MD). In his new role, Kaushik will be responsible for driving innovation and leading the transformation strategy for the center. 

He joins JCPenney from Giant Eagle where he worked as global senior director of Operations and Analytics

He comes with more than 22 years of global experience in strategy, operations, transformation, customer experience, enterprise programs & change management - across Retail, Fintech, Financial Services, and Consulting within GCCs. His diverse skill set, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him the ideal leader to steer JCPenney India towards its transformational goals.

Before joining JCPenney, Kaushik held key leadership roles at organisations such as Kabbage Inc., and Target.
