JK Fenner (India) Ltd. has appointed Sakthivel M as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources.

Sakthivel himself confirmed his new job role. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Corporate Human Resources at JK Fenner (India) Ltd!,” he posted on Linkedin.

He has joined JK Fenner with more than 23 years of experience in a diverse range of industries including FMCG, textile, engineering, and natural resources companies. In his previous role, Sakthivel worked with Vedanta Resources Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works Limited are other organisations where he worked previously.

Sakthivel is an HR strategist with extensive experience spanning several areas including Organisation development, change management, leadership development, digitisation & innovation, business process engineering and a seasoned employee relations expert. 

An alumnus of Pondicherry University, Sakthivel holds his Master of Social Work (M.S.W.), Human Resources, and Industrial Relations from PSG College of Arts and Science.
