JK Technosoft appoints Suja Antony as AVP - Global Talent Management
JK Technosoft Ltd., a global software solutions provider has appointed Suja Antony as AVP- Global Talent Management. In her new role at JK Technosoft, Suja will be responsible for strengthening the talent pipeline for meeting the diverse talent needs of the organization.
Suja is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 18+ years of cross-cultural experience in building and leading high performing teams. Prior to joining JK Technosoft, she has been associated with companies like Capgemini, Barclays, MSCI and UBS Business Solutions. She has a wealth of experience in building high performing teams. Her expertise lies in enhancing employee branding, creating and implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies to entice the best talent from the industry to enhance business performance.
An industry stalwart with excellent stakeholder management skills, Suja champions diversity and inclusion and actively contributes to driving the agenda.
