JPFL Films, manufacturer of flexible plastic films for the packaging industry, has onboarded Krishna Sahai as assistant vice president - HR & Admin. He has joined the organisation with over 17 years of experience in various industries, including mining and metals, consulting, and facility management.

He has been leading the HR functions of the group since September 2022, with a focus on creating a high-performance culture and a positive employee experience.

He joined JPFL Films from Dhampur Sugar Mills where he worked as group HR head. TRB Group, Jinadal Steel and Power, Shadeed Iron and Steel LLC are other organisations where he worked previously in various capacities. 

Sahai holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has also completed a Master’s in Human Resources Development from KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar.
