Kanodia Group appoints Rajiv Andley as Chief HR Officer

In his new role, Andley brings over three decades of HR leadership experience across the automobile, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. He most recently served at Healthium Medtech as Head of HR for nearly five years. 

Previously, he worked with Uflex, Bajaj Hindustan, Subros, and Tata Motors in key HR roles. He also worked as a leadership consultant, helping organizations develop top talent hiring strategies and leadership development programs. 

On the academic front, Andley holds a B.Sc. degree, a Master’s in Social Work (HR Management) from Agra University and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, and an LL.B. degree from the University of Lucknow.
