Kenvue India appoints Shilpi Singh as Head of People, bringing global HR leadership from Pfizer, Diageo, and Citibank to drive strategic transformation.
Kenvue, a pure-play consumer health company by revenue, has appointed Shilpi Singh as Head of People for its India business, effective September 1, 2025. In this role, Singh will join the India leadership team and the HR leadership team in Asia Pacific.
She brings a rich and diverse experience across varied sectors and geographies, having worked in Asia and Europe with leading organisations such as Pfizer, Diageo, Citibank, and Tata AIA.
Over the span of her career, Singh has held a variety of leadership roles in building and transforming organisations through Integrated Talent Management strategies, CXO succession planning, enabling Mergers & Acquisitions, and delivering large-scale Digital and Go-To-Market change agendas.
She brings extensive experience of working and partnering with the Board on key aspects of organisation strategy and governance.
Before Kenvue, Singh spent over eight years with Pfizer, where she was the India People Experience Lead for Pfizer’s Commercial business. She played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution from being a strong generics player to positioning itself as a leading innovative Biopharma organisation.
She also brings multi-geography experience in Asia having extended her leadership to Indonesia and Thailand as additional responsibilities. Earlier in her career, Shilpi was a part of Diageo’s Global Talent team based in London, where she led the company’s flagship Future Leaders Program worldwide.
Shilpi holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Pune University.
Additionally, she is a certified MBTI and Hogan practitioner and an Executive Coach with a certification from AOEC, London. Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures, Shilpi believes in unleashing organizational potential by bringing in a balance of strategic foresight and compassionate leadership.
