Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Bhavnish Lathia as Chief of Customer Experience. In his new role, he will spearhead the customer experience function for the bank. Additionally, he will be responsible for the technology of the consumer bank.
Also known as Nish, Bhavnish, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience, is known for leveraging technology as a disruptive function and building and scaling high-performing teams.
Out of a total of 25 years of experience, he spent eighteen years at Amazon spanning all business functions like product management, E-commerce, marketing, engineering & analytics with a primary focus on enhancing customer experience. Nish also worked with Valo Health as their Chief Product Officer.
