KPI Partners, a global strategic partner company that provides Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions, has recently appointed Ramya Nagaraj as their new Director of HR.

With over 15 years of experience in various areas of human resources, Ramya has joined KPI Partners from LTIMindtree where she worked as director- HR business HR partner.

An alumnus of XLRI, Ramya’s core competencies lie in talent management, organisation design, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, and performance management across various sectors, including IT and IT product companies.
