Kyndryl appoints Prashobh Chandralayam as VP & Global GCC Leader to scale innovation, AI, and digital transformation in India.

Kyndryl, one of the world’s leading providers of mission-critical IT services, has appointed Prashobh Chandralayam as Vice President & Global GCC Leader.

In his new role, Chandralayam will spearhead Kyndryl’s Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, scaling operations and driving innovation to meet the modernisation needs of global enterprises.

With more than two decades of experience in consulting, digital transformation, and scaling GCCs for Fortune 500 clients, Chandralayam brings deep industry expertise to Kyndryl. He will focus on:

• Strengthening innovation and operational excellence 
• Building future-ready talent and partnerships 
• Unlocking new opportunities for strategic collaboration 

GCCs evolving as digital transformation hubs

The appointment of Chandralayam further underscores Kyndryl’s commitment to making India central to its growth strategy.
