Lenskart has announced the appointed Anant Gupta as the new HR Leader for its retail division. He joined from Paytm Payments Bank, where he spent more than two years.

Anant is an experienced HR leader with a strong focus on enabling businesses through effective HR strategy. He has successfully led teams to enable high-performing organisations and to create transformative cultures in organisations in varied industries, Including Fin tech, telco, technology, durables, and banking. 

Hero Lectro, Barti Airtel, and Deutsche Bank are other organisations where Anant worked previoulsy in various capacities.

A computer Science graduate, Anant pursued his MBA in HR from Institute of Management Technology.
