M2P Fintech appoints Mayank Kapoor as global HR head
Before joining M2P Fintech, Mayank Kapoor worked with Freecharge as head of human resources and administration.
API infrastructure company M2P Fintech has appointed Mayank Kapoor as its global HR head.
Kapoor who has joined M2P Fintech from Freecharge will be responsible for driving company’s human resources strategies. M2P has over 1,300 employees spread across more than 20 international markets.
He brings more than 20 years of HR experience spanning Hospitality, IT, ITES, Telecommunications, E-Commerce & Fin-Tech Industries.
Prior to Freecharge, Kapoor worked with organisations like Snapdeal, Aircel Ltd., NIIT-GENPACT, 247 Inc., IBM and Apeejay Surrendra Group in various HR Leadership roles, deep-diving into people strategy.
He is a postgraduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur specialising in Human Resource Management.
