Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India has announced the appointment of Tanvi Choksi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January.

Bringing over two decades of expertise, Tanvi joins Mahindra Holidays from JLL, where she spearheaded people strategy for the Asia Pacific region. At JLL, she focused on Markets and Capital Markets Business Lines across a workforce of 43,000 employees.

Reflecting on her journey at JLL, Tanvi shared on LinkedIn, “As we step into 2025, I reflect on the incredible chapter I’ve just closed at JLL—a place that has been so much more than just a workplace. While I’m excited about what’s ahead, I will always treasure the lessons and relationships I’ve built here.” She expressed gratitude to the JLL family for their trust, collaboration, and inspiration.

Tanvi's career also includes leadership roles at Monsanto and Johnson & Johnson, further cementing her credentials as a seasoned HR leader.

Her appointment comes as Mahindra Holidays looks to strengthen its HR leadership, leveraging Tanvi’s experience to drive employee engagement and organizational growth into 2025 and beyond.
