Maruti Suzuki India has onboarded Satish Mohapatra as vice president and head of Central HR.  

Mohapatra, who comes with more than 25 years of experience spanning across manufacturing, IT, telecom, automobile, oil & gas sectors, joined Maruti Suzuki on April 3.

“After a gratifying and professionally fulfilling journey at the House of Siemens for more than 16 years, I am extremely excited to share that I have found my new challenges at an equally amazing and enriching ecosystem - Maruti Suzuki India Limited; where I started a new chapter in my professional journey effective 03rd April 2023,” wrote Mohapatra in a Linkedin post.

“I look forward to learn more about and contribute my best to this great workplace in order to make it even more vibrant, futuristic and cool; not just to the existing but also the future generation of diverse talents,” he added.

Before joining Maruti Suzuki, Mohapatra in his immediate roles worked with Siemens as Vice President and Head - People & Organisation (HR), Smart Infrastructure, South Asia. He also worked at Atos, Siemens Technology India and Indian Oil Corporation, and Tata Communications (VSNL).
