Metro Global Solutions hires Ruchi Dubey GPHR as Director of People & Culture

Metro Global Solutions Centre has welcomed Ruchi Dubey, GPHR, as its new Director of People and Culture, marking a strategic move to strengthen its talent strategy and organizational culture.

Dubey is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience at Infosys, where she last served as HR Business Leader. Her expertise spans talent management, employee engagement, strategic recruiting, and customer relationship management. 

She holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur. Her appointment signals Metro Global’s commitment to building a resilient, people-first culture that supports innovation and growth across its global operations.
