Motilal Oswal Private Equity has onboarded Saptarshi Bhattacharya as its Executive Group Vice President and Chief People Officer.

Bhattacharya has joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity from Bajaj Allianz after spending more than 16 years. Most recently he served Bajaj Allianz as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Bhattacharya is an alumnus of the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. He holds an MBA in Human Resources.
