MRF has promoted Jacob Peter as vice president and head of HR and Services. 

Jacob who joined MRF as Senior General Manager - human resources and services in November 2021, has more than 27 years of professional experience. 

“I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Vice President & Head - Human Resources and Services at MRF!” Peter wrote in a LinkedIn post.

Before joining MRF, Peter worked as chief human resources officer at Sterling Holiday Resorts. He also worked as the chief people officer at Future Consumer (Future Group). He has also worked at KPMG India, Hay Group, Dal Fryday, Sun Microsystems, GE Capital, and Microland.

Peter who holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, is a trained marketing professional who began the first leg of his career in sales and business development.
