Seasoned HR professional Nalina Suresh has been appointed as the Group Talent Management and Academy Lead at Mahindra & Mahindra. She was running Stratus Talent Partners before taking up this new assignment at Mahindra & Mahindra, as corroborated by her LinkedIn profile.
She has acquired over 23 years of diverse experience in the corporate sector, which include various HR business partner and organizational consulting roles before she moving on to executive search. She has earlier worked as a practicing HR Manager with organizations like General Electric, Domino's Pizza and the Godrej group. While with GE, Nalina successfully completed the Global Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), thus graduating from GE's Corporate Training Centre in Crotonville, Connecticut. She was also nominated as the ombudsperson of GE’s business, while she was leading the HR function there.
An MBA graduate from XLRI, Nalina has more than two decades of experience as a strategic HR business partner and board advisor on Leadership Development, Talent Management and Capability Development. She has also served as an advisory board member for ‘17000 ft. Foundation’ (a Ladakh-based not-for-profit organization), where she helped to raise seed fund and provided guidance on organizational processes; and as a strategic consultant for ‘CARE’ (a nonprofit organization based out of Atlanta), where she designed and facilitated the leadership succession workshop.
