Oasis Fertility has welcomed Samidha Mohanty as the chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective October.

As CHRO, Samidha will be responsible for leading the people and culture charter for the organisation. She is expected to set the roadmap and drive the HR agenda, closely working in sync with business, in the journey to expand the footprint across India.

Samidha has joined Oasis from VOIS, wherein her last appointment was to lead the HR function for technology for India, and globally for IT Operations.

She comes with close to two decades of multi multi-faceted HR experience wherein she led HR charters across India and global geographies. 

“It gives me great happiness to share that I have joined Oasis Fertility to lead the People Function for the organization! Glad to join at a very exciting time for the health sector at large,” Samidha posted on Linkedin.

IDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Aon Hewitt, Intel Corporation, Infosys BPO Ltd, and ICICI Prudential are other organisations where Samidha worked previously in various capacities.

Samidha who holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, is looking forward to working closely with the Oasis Fertility team, and scaling newer and greater heights together.
