Omega Seiki Mobility, a provider of electric vehicles and clean energy solutions, has onboarded Nitin Khindria as the Head of Human Resources. 

Khindria has joined Omega Seiki Mobility with 24 years of experience in Business HR, HR management, organisational development, talent acquisition, and HR digitisation.

In his new job role, Khindria will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, and spearheading the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. He will focus on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace for all employees. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, his role involves attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent while cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation within the organiSation.

Before joining Omega Seiki Mobility, Khindria worked with the management and consulting firm Dalmia Biz as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

In his previous roles, he also worked with Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, International Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Indo Asian Fusegear.
