Padmini VNA Mechatronics appoints Sumeet Bhowmick as CHRO

Bhowmick brings with him over two decades of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in talent management, change leadership, and strategic HR transformation. As CHRO, Bhowmick will oversee the ongoing transformation of the HR function into a strategic business partner, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, leadership development, and retention. Before joining Padmini VNA Mechatronics, Bhowmick served as General Manager – Human Resources at Regal Rexnord India, where he led talent development, union partnerships, policy harmonisation, and change management for the company’s Power Efficiency Solutions business unit.
