Page Industries appoints Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as its Chief People Officer

Page Industries, the exclusive licensee of Jockey and Speedo in India, has appointed Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as Chief People Officer effective September 1.

Page Industries, the exclusive licensee of Jockey International, has appointed Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as the company's Chief People Officer (CPO), effective September 1, 2025, it said in a BSE filing. The leader also confirmed his appointment as the CPO of the company on LinkedIn. 

In his new role, Rajkumar will be responsible for all aspects of People & Culture with a significant focus on driving business efficiency through workforce management. Rajkumar joins Page Industries from Tata's Caratlane, where he was leading the human resources function for the omni-channel jewellery brand as its CPO. 

Before this, he led the Corporate HR Business Partnering team at Titan Company. He anchored the Leadership Development vertical at Titan Company, where he was responsible for designing and delivering development programs across various leadership levels. 

Rajkumar brings over 16 years of experience spanning People Strategy, leadership and culture, Employee Relations, Business Partnering, and learning and organisational development. 

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and PGDM from XLRI School of Business & Human Resources, Jamshedpur.

Page Industries, located in Bangalore, India, is the exclusive licensee of Jockey International for the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of the Jockey brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, UAE, Oman, and Qatar. Page Industries is also the exclusive licensee of Speedo International for the manufacture, marketing and distribution of the Speedo brand in India.
