P&G appoints Indian leader Freddy Bharucha as CEO of Beauty Division

Freddy Bharucha is currently leading the Global Personal Care business of P&G.
After Shailesh Jejurikar’s elevation as President & CEO, Procter & Gamble (P&G) has appointed another Indian leader to a top role. Freddy Bharucha, currently head of P&G’s Global Personal Care business, has been named CEO of the company’s Beauty division, effective December 1, 2025.
An IIM Calcutta graduate, Bharucha will succeed Alex Keith, who retires on February 20, 2026. He will be based in Geneva and lead an organisation of 1,500 employees serving diverse global consumers.
Bharucha has held leadership roles across every region where P&G operates, driving growth in Personal Care, Skin Care, and Hair Care. Earlier, he spearheaded North America Personal Care, delivering portfolio-wide growth for brands like Old Spice, Secret, and Safeguard, while expanding Native into new channels and segments.
With a proven track record of building brands, businesses, and organisations, Bharucha is seen as a key driver in P&G Beauty’s continued evolution.
He has been working with P&G since 1995. Bharucha is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of turning around businesses and brands across multiple categories in the consumer goods industry.
