Performics has appointed former Zee Entertainment Hunan Resources Lead Kunal Lakhani as the Director of Talent and Transformation. Kunal announced the appointment over a post on LinkedIn.

Prior to Zee Entertainment, Kunal was also associated with the tech company HCL Technologies. Having joined Performics in the new role, he has brought an experience span of more than 12 years. According to his LinkedIn profile, he has “Diverse experience of working with a startup, entrepreneurial settings and enterprise business with overseas HQ.” The profile further elaborates that through the course of his career, he has held comprehensive HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning and employee development.

Kunal holds an MBA degree from the K. J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies with a specialisation in Human Resources.
