Piramal Enterprises Limited (PEL), a healthcare company, has onboarded Manjul Tilak as the Head of Human Resources and Administration.

Tilak, with 26 years of experience in various facets of human resources, has been tasked to shape and drive the people's agenda for the financial services business. He will also be responsible for HR priorities at the enterprise level.

A Civil Engineering graduate from BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Tilak has experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining Piramal Enterprises, he worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Executive Vice President – HR. Previously, he worked at Triveni Engineering.

Tilak will report to Anand Piramal, Executive Director, Piramal Group, and Vikram Bector, President and CHRO, Piramal Group administratively and functionally, respectively.
