Planview Inc, a US-based software company, has appointed Shalini Sankarshana as Managing Director and Country Head for the India office. 

In her new role, Sankarshana will drive Planview’s expansion and digital transformation in India with solutions and services. She has 20 years of extensive experience in software products and technology.

Sankarshana, under the leadership of Razat Gaurav, CEO of Planview, will have the responsibility of expanding the firm's Capability & Innovation Center (CIC). Leading her team, she will play a crucial role in strengthening Planview's position as a trusted partner to drive digitisation initiatives as well as attain key business outcomes, given the company's customer base of 4,500 organisations worldwide

Additionally, she is considered a reputable advisor and mentor to industry executives, offering valuable insights on navigating the challenges of product scaling journeys. She has won numerous awards and accolades in the FinTech category.
