Premas Biotech has named Shivani Singh as the new head of Human Resources. In her new role at the company, Shivani has been tasked with leading and building the future roadmap for the HR function. She will work closely with the senior management team.

Shivani, who comes with 17 years of experience in HR and sales leadership roles, is skilled in talent management strategy, stakeholder management, performance management, employee experience, employer branding, talent management, HR strategy, employee rewards programs, and retention strategies, among others.

She has worked in the areas of talent management, culture and change, and organisation development.

Before joining Premas Biotech, Shivani worked with Hero Housing Finance as Head – Talent Management.

Previously, she worked with LeadAnew, KPMG India, BlewMinds, HDFC Bank Ltd., and Royal Bank of Scotland Business. She started her career with M Tiwari & Co as a legal assistant. Shivani Singh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Leeds Metropolitan University.
