Randstad India appoints Anand V as new Chief Information Officer

Randstad India has named Anand Vaitheeswaran as the new Chief Information Officer for overseeing its operations across Asia-Pacific. In addition, the HR consulting firm has also announced the appointment of Nittin Nangia as Chief Sales Officer and Revathi Raghunath as Chief Marketing Officer for APAC. 

In this leadership role, Vaitheeswaran brings 27 years of vast experience. He has a proven track record of delivering inventive tech resolutions to significant business challenges spanning various sectors. Moreover, his expertise in driving strategy, overseeing critical alliances, creating and operating innovation hubs, cultivating organisational proficiencies, overseeing digital interactions, and offshore teams will be a pivotal advantage for the global HR consulting firm. 

Before joining Randstad, Vaitheeswaran held significant roles at global organisations. He served as the CIO at L&T Technologies, held the position of Information Technology Head of Digital Propositions & Partner Eco-Systems at Philips, and functioned as the Director of Global Business Services at Philips Lighting. Furthermore, he contributed his skills as the Director of Information Technology at Honeywell Technologies Inc for nearly a decade. His professional journey commenced in 1996 as a Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), from which point he ascended his career ladder, amassing expertise in global IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliances. He holds a core understanding of new-age technologies, AI/ML solutions, and cost optimisation of IT Operations.
