Razorpay has appointed Myntra’s former Deputy Director HRBP, Kushal Bhat as the Director of Human Resources. The announcement was made by Kushal over a post on LinkedIn. 

Prior to Myntra, he was associated with Acko as the Associate Director of HR and also e-commerce platform Snapdeal. To the table, he brings a wide experience of working with digital platforms.

Throughout his career span, he has been associated with a number of big brands across several industries, namely Tata Institute of Social Sciences, KPMG, Citibank India, Phillips, Siemens, Volvo Trucks and Cognizant.

With such significant work history, it is expected that his association with Razorpay would drive the company towards growth and streamline its HR domain. 

Announcing his new role, Kushal wrote, “As a Banker’s son I saw my father playing a huge role in the liberalisation of the Indian economy in the early 90s. It gives me immense pride that today 30 years later I follow his footsteps and join the FinTech revolution of modern India!”
