Renewable Energy Co., Suzlon, appoints Rahul Jain as CFO

With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Jain spent nearly 17 years at SRF and recently resigned from his position as the Group CFO.

Suzlon Group has today announced the appointment of Rahul Jain as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 15th December 2025.

With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Jain spent nearly 17 years at SRF and recently resigned from his position as the Group CFO. Jain led a financial transformation at SRF, streamlining systems, leveraging technology, and strengthening financial discipline during his tenure.

His work supported the company’s inorganic and organic growth by identifying new avenues and unlocking capital allocation, the company said.

Prior to SRF, Rahul worked with Jubilant Organosys for a decade, contributing to its growth initiatives. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Rahul brings with him extensive experience from reputable organisations.

Commenting on the announcement, Jain stated that he would work with other leaders to drive profitability, build a more sustainable business, further strengthen Suzlon's financial resilience, and create long-term value for shareholders.
