RP Sanjiv Goenka Group appoints Dilip Pattanayak as President-Group HR
Pattanayak, who joins from JSW, where he served as President and Group CHRO for over five years, announced his new role in a LinkedIn post.
Diversified Indian conglomerate, RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, has recently appointed Dilip Pattanayak as the President-Group HR, to lead and strengthen the company's people agenda.
In his new role, Pattanayak will drive HR transformation and strengthen the Group's culture across its diversified business.
Pattanayak, who joins from JSW, where he served as President and Group CHRO for over five years, announced his new role in a LinkedIn post. "Excited to join the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group as President – Group HR. Looking forward to contributing to the Group's inspiring journey, strengthening the people agenda, and building on its culture of excellence," wrote Pattanayak.
Pattanayak has worked with leading Indian conglomerates and shaped their HR strategies in various leadership roles over his almost three decades of professional experience. Before JSW, Pattanayak had worked with Reliance Industries, Hindustan Zinc, and Vedanta in various senior positions, transforming their people policies.
His career began with stints at Siemens, Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, and Larsen & Toubro.
Pattanayak brings deep expertise in talent strategy, workforce transformation, performance and compensation management, and HR leadership at scale.
Pattanayak holds a bachelor's degree in B.Sc (Chemistry Honours) from Sambalpur University, and an MBA in HR from Utkal University.
