Samsung Electronics has elevated Rishabh Nagpal as the chief people officer. His appointment to the post is effective from May.
Nagpal joined Samsung Electronics in 2024 as senior director of HR. He served in this role for close to 10 years.
Gururgram-based HR leader has over 25 years of experience as an HR Business Partner Leader & HR Center of Excellence Leader/Corporate HR & HR Transformation Leader in Top Global IT, Telecom/Hi-Tech & Consumer Sales Organisations.
Nagpal’s previous stints include Huawei Telecommunication (India), IBM, Tech Mahindra, and Dell Perot Systems are other organisations. He is an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics from where he obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management.
