Sarang Brahme, a seasoned employer branding and recruitment marketing strategist, has announced his return to Capgemini as Director of Talent Attraction for India. This marks his second innings with the global technology and consulting giant, signalling a renewed era of innovation in Capgemini’s talent acquisition strategy.

Returning to Capgemini, Brahme will work alongside leaders to deliver focused, innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding, aiming to create a measurable impact for both talent acquisition and the business.

Brahme’s association with Capgemini has been both long-standing and impactful. Throughout his thirteen-year tenure at Capgemini, Brahme made a transformative impact across several leadership roles. In his role as Senior Manager – Global Social Recruiting & Talent Branding, he led the global agenda to enhance employer branding and digitise recruitment processes, spearheading initiatives that placed candidates at the centre of the recruiting experience.

Between his stints at Capgemini, Brahme continued to make waves in the industry. At GoDaddy, he led employer branding, partnering with business leaders to create compelling narratives and drive recruitment marketing across multiple platforms. At ShareChat, he built the employer branding function from the ground up, enhancing the company’s value proposition and employer narrative through innovative digital strategies and employee advocacy.
A true community builder, Brahme is the founder of the Employer Brand Collective, a network of employer branding professionals in India. He also co-founded Recruiting Adda, a thriving community of recruiters that fosters learning and collaboration in the recruitment space.
