Furthermore, she spearheaded the DEI agenda, implementing interventions to influence both leaders and employees for a sustained culture shift. Before her tenure at Schneider Electric, she also served at JP Morgan Chase as AVP of HR for over five years.

Welcoming Shikha into her key role as CHRO at Luminous, CEO Preeti stated, “We are delighted to have Shikha join the Luminous family. Her extensive experience in HR and DEI will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our talent resources and accelerate the organizational growth momentum. As we continue to grow and innovate in the fast-moving energy sector, Shikha’s expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and building cross-collaboration among Schneider Electric companies.”

Shikha acknowledged, “I am excited to join the dynamic team at Luminous. With the rapid pace at which Luminous has been growing in India, I am looking forward to investing my knowledge and experience in helping the organization further build an agile, future-ready, and inclusive workforce. As we navigate the dynamic, high-potential energy sector, my focus will be on evolving the people strategy to support our growth and transformation.”

Announcing her departure from Luminous, Niharika posted on LinkedIn, “The last three and a half years have been a rewarding journey with Luminous as their CHRO, and I take the opportunity to thank Preeti Bajaj for her constant support. Every day was filled with tremendous learning, excitement, and rich interactions— I shall miss those. Thanks for your trust, Preeti, as we moved with speed and agility toward our transformation. Courage, Commitment, and Compassion will always be my "north star" which will propel me. It's been an absolute privilege working with you.

A big thanks to my tremendous team and the leadership team of Luminous. There were many "firsts" for us. However, your belief and passion are what made the difference. I leave with satisfaction the reins in the very capable hands of my colleague Shikha Gupta. I now look forward to working with a dynamic and diverse team across East Asia Japan, South America, Greater India, Pacific, and Middle East Africa for Secure Power, International.”
