Singhal’s journey in the world of Total Rewards showcases a remarkable blend of analytical expertise and a deep understanding of human behaviour. Having held leadership roles at Brillio, R1 RCM, HT Media, Luminous Power Technologies (Schneider Electric Retail business), and Capgemini, she has consistently delivered innovative solutions that drive both business growth and employee engagement.

Her experience spans India, North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East, where she has developed and modernised reward frameworks tailored to diverse markets.

Singhal is passionate about employee rewards, diversity and inclusion, well-being, organisational culture, and HR automation. She is known for turning compensation programmes from a simple expense into strategic levers for growth, trust, and performance.

At Brillio, her most recent role as Global Head of Total Rewards saw her build a centre of excellence, harmonise benefits worldwide, and launch global equity plans. She has also led major transformations at R1 RCM and Luminous, including integrating benefits post-merger and driving well-being initiatives.

Singhal’s approach is defined by her ability to connect pay equity and performance to purpose, ensuring every rewards lever supports culture and organisational values. Her work has delivered measurable results, including productivity-linked revenue growth, greater trust in pay reviews, and improved employee engagement.

As she steps into her new role at EXL, Singhal will be responsible for leading Compensation & Benefits for over 42,000 employees in India. Her vision is to create scalable, equitable, and data-driven rewards programmes that foster inclusion, flexibility, and well-being.
