Servotech Power Systems Limited announced the appointment of Rajesh Mohan Rai as chief human resource officer, with effect from December 15. The appointment is aimed to help the company enhance talent and organisational capabilities.

With over 32 years of experience, Rai is a well-known HR strategist and business coach, previously holding key positions in different organisations. In his capacity as CHRO at Servotech, he will leverage his decades of experience and oversee the functioning of the HR department, contributing towards the personnel development and growth of the company.

Prior to joining Servotech, he was in charge as principal consultant – director at HR Anexi, director- human resources at Nivio Technologies Pvt. Ltd., HR regional head (South) at Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and head of recruitment & HR (RGE & Services) at Microsoft Corporation, among others.
