Shivali Tandon joins TRC Consulting as Director of People & Culture

In her new role, Tandon brings over 15 years of HR experience across the consulting and healthcare sectors. She most recently served Success Pact Consulting as Vice President of People and Process, and previously worked with Clensta and Increon Communications. 

Welcoming Tandon to her new role, Ankit Chadha, Managing Director, TRC Consulting, said, “There has been a realization on my part that TRC is at that point of inflection where a paradigm shift in the way we work culturally, strategically, and in how our stakeholders perceive us is needed. On the academic front, Tandon holds a Strategic Management Program from IIM Lucknow, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, a Postgraduate Degree in HR Management from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. She also holds several certifications in key HR areas, including workplace development, HR fundamentals, and CSR.
