Shreya Kejriwal joins Pilgrim as Vice President of HR
Pilgrim, a beauty and personal care company, has announced the appointment of Shreya Kejriwal as the Vice President of Human Resources with effect from January 2024.
Before her appointment, Shreya was serving Godrej Group as the General Manager of HR. She brings over a decade of experience in HR leadership across FMCG and tech sectors. In her previous roles, Shreya worked with Media.net as the HR Director, JUMO as the HRBP for Asia, and Nestle as the HR transformation lead and change manager of South Asia. She also worked with ITC Ltd, Aon Hewitt, HUL, and D. E. Shaw & Co at the beginning of her career.
On the academic front, Shreya holds an MBA degree in HR and Personnel Administration from SCMHRD Pune, and a BBA degree in Finance from Jadavpur University. Her core competencies include organisation design and effectiveness, total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, DEI, leadership development, employee relations, and transformation and change management.
Along with Shreya’s appointment, the retail company has also appointed Abhishek Misra as the Senior Vice President of Data Analytics. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience across D2C e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.
