Siemens Healthcare India names Hariharan Subramanian as the MD

Hariharan Subramanian has taken over from Vivek Kanade, who has been given other responsibilities within the organisation.
Siemens Healthcare India names Hariharan Subramanian as the MD

Siemens Healthcare Private Limited (SHPL), India, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the global MedTech company, Siemens Healthineers AG has named Hariharan Subramanian (49) as the managing director, effective July 1.

Subramanian has been associated with Siemens for more than 25 years. During his tenure with the company, he held leadership positions in finance, business administration, enterprise services, and sales functions across software engineering, IT consulting, and healthcare business. 

In his new role, Subramanian has taken over from Vivek Kanade, who has been given other responsibilities within the organisation.

In his immediate role within the company, he led the business including, manufacturing, sales, and distribution, strategy for “Zone India”, comprising neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Maldives.

Before assuming responsibilities of Zone India in May 2023, he was the head of sales for the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy businesses in India.
