She has held senior leadership roles at Dabur India, Colorbar Cosmetics, BigBasket, Vega Industries, Avon Beauty Products and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, where she worked across brands including W and Aurelia.
She has experience in building and scaling consumer businesses across consumer insights, product development, sourcing, operations, marketing, distribution and P&L management.
At Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, she helped establish its Personal Care business and launch W Beauty.
Leadership words on the appointment
Commenting on her appointment, Vohra said, “Sirona has built a truly distinctive brand by identifying problems women have often been expected to simply live with and creating thoughtful solutions around them.”
“What excites me is the opportunity to build on this foundation, deepening Sirona’s leadership in menstrual and intimate hygiene, while expanding into new areas of women’s wellness and reaching consumers across life stages,” she added.
Sirona Founder and CEO Deep Bajaj said Vohra’s experience in building businesses from the ground up and scaling consumer brands would be valuable as the company expands its women’s wellness portfolio.
The company also plans to deepen its connection with Gen Z, while expanding into life-stage needs such as perimenopause and menopause. Its broader ambition is to challenge taboos around women’s health and develop solutions addressing women’s needs across different stages of life.
