With close to two decades of industry experience, Gaurav Terdal as CHRO has been tasked to drive success through strategic HR leadership.

SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. (Formerly Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd.) has announced the appointment of Gaurav Terdal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

As CHRO, Gaurav will be primarily responsible for driving success through strategic HR leadership. 

Gaurav comes with over 19 years of experience across sectors like financial services, manufacturing & automobiles. He is strategically adept in tailoring talent management along with developing various HR strategies to fit the unique life cycle stages of the organization.

In his previous multiple stints with SMFG India Credit, Gaurav honed his skills across diverse HR domains, such as compensation, business HR, talent acquisition, HR systems, payroll, and HR operations. Gaurav holds a postgraduate degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
