Sujaya Nag joins Brigade Group as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior VP

Nag joins the group with over 25 years of global HR leadership and people transformation experience across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific.

Brigade Group has appointed Sujaya Nag as its new Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President, effective immediately. 

Nag joins the group with over 25 years of global HR leadership experience spanning Asia, North America, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific. She brings deep expertise in people strategy, culture building, and organizational transformation. 

Sharing about her new responsibilities, Nag wrote that she’ll be “leading the people and culture agenda across Brigade’s hotel ventures, hospitality, facilities (Aureya), and foundation verticals, with annual revenues of over $55M and a foundation arm with strong community impact.” 

Most recently, Nag served at Booz Allen Hamilton as Global Head, Employee Relations HR, Asia Pacific & Europe, overseeing more than 34,000 employees globally. She played a pivotal role in establishing the international Employee Relations HR vertical, overseeing global HR transformation initiatives across regions, and ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with diverse labour laws and cultural nuances. 

Prior to this, Nag worked with HSBC, UnitedHealth Group, Dell, and Genpact, leading HR transformation, governance, and leadership development across regions.

On the academic front, Nag holds an Executive Management Program from Columbia Business School, a Strategic HR and Executive Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, an MBA in HR from Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi. 

Nag is a globally recognized HR leader, especially known for building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and integrating leadership practices across diverse geographies.
