Supratik Bhattacharyya joins Adventz Industries as Group CHRO

In his new role, Bhattacharyya brings a wealth of HR and strategic leadership experience. He most recently served RPG Group as Chief Talent Officer for nearly a decade. 

Sharing his transition news on LinkedIn, Bhattacharyya wrote, “Almost ten years at RPG Group filled with growth, friendship, challenge, and joy… it’s been an extraordinary chapter, made special by the people I met and worked with along the way. 

Saying goodbye wasn’t easy. Every farewell earlier this month reminded me how much this journey has meant, how deeply this place has been a part of me, and how many people shaped it along the way. Thank you all, truly. I’ll carry that gratitude always.” 

He added, “A new chapter now begins at Adventz Group of Companies, where I’ve joined as the Group CHRO, a group with a rich legacy and strong presence across engineering, agriculture, lifestyle, real estate, and services, with companies like Zuari Industries, Texmaco Rail & Engineering, Paradeep Phosphates, Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers, Zuari Infraworld India, Hettich India., among others. New beginnings, same purpose… enabling growth, inspiring progress, and building a better world.” 

In his previous leadership roles, Bhattacharyya worked with L&T, Accord India, JK Paper, and ExxonMobil, managing high-growth businesses and building high-performance teams and organizational cultures through his global expertise. 

On the academic front, he holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Amravati University, India.
