Suresh Kumar C appointed CHRO of Pidilite Industries

Pidilite Industries has appointed Suresh Kumar C as its Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Management Personnel, strengthening its leadership team with a long-serving HR executive who has spent more than three decades with the company.

According to ScanX, the appointment takes effect from 21 July 2026 and was approved by the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on the same day.

Suresh Kumar C, who most recently served as Co-CHRO, brings over 33 years of experience at Pidilite. During his tenure, he has led key functions across human resources, organisational development and strategic initiatives, playing a significant role in shaping the company's people strategy.

Leadership transition

As part of the leadership reshuffle, incumbent CHRO Ashish Prasad will move into the role of Chief Business Officer, Strategic Initiatives (CBO, Strategic Initiatives). He will continue to serve as a Senior Management Personnel of the company.

The appointment reflects Pidilite's focus on leadership continuity by elevating an experienced internal executive with deep institutional knowledge and a longstanding track record in HR and organisational development.
